Asher at 15 months

knows his belly and his head // loves to feed jake // still obsessed with Daddy // still wants to be outside constantly // climbs on to everything // learned to climb on kitchen stool and see what's going  on above him // climbs on the kids 4 wheelers and just waits until someone will take him on a ride, or he goes off on his own...he can push the gas but has no clue about steering // so happy // is a great hugger and kisser // affectionate // tough...he has no choice with Easton as his brother // starting to talk a lot more, not necessarily words but new sounds // loves to bring you things and says "thank you" as he hands it to you // learning to use a fork and loves it, he often won't eat until I remember to give him a fork // so attached to his paci and 2 little blankies // he whistles // got a 1-year molar and was not happy about it for a couple of weeks but is doing great now // absolutely loves to swim and loves the water // likes to brush his teeth and says "tee tee tee" as he walks to the bathroom as soon as I mention it

Beachy

The first couple of years that my kids went to the beach, they were not natural beach babies...Ella hating the sand and Easton scared of the water.  After a 2 year hiatus, we've made 2 trips to the beach this summer and the kids all three LOVE it!  I've always loved the beach and it makes me happy to see them all enjoying it now as well!! 

 

A month ago at the beach the kids both wanted hermit crabs like their friends had bought, but I wasn't so sure about getting them, so I told them they would need to bring their own money to our next beach trip and decide if they really wanted them.  They remembered and still wanted one!  We opted for one cage since they are social animals and that way only one person has to remember to care for them each day.  Ella named hers Sandy and Easton named his Santa.  So far so good. :)

This year for the annual Family Day at Michael's office we had a golf/spa day at the JW Marriott Resort and then everyone picked up their kids and headed back to our house for a big swim party and BBQ.  It was a great day!!

Obsessed with daddy and says "daddy" perfectly clear and waves to him all the time with a huge smile // waves at all cars and people // shows us his belly // loves to dance // getting taller and reaching for things on top of cabinets // brings us our shoes and tries to put them on our feet // so happy // gives wide open mouth kisses // such a sweet happy laid back little boy // loves jakey // can say Ella and Mommy but hard does // always says daddy and jakey // wants to be outside constantly // early riser // 2 long naps a day
