Swim Team Championships

I was so proud of the kids for getting chosen to swim at the Championship meet at the Josh Davis pool.  Ella got to swim her favorite: breast stroke.  And Easton swam both of his strokes: freestyle and backstroke.

They both placed 3rd in their heat and 12th overall for their swim.

It was such a great season, we were sad to see it end.  The kids are both 100% looking forward to summer swim team again next year!

LLFC Day 7 - Saying Goodbye

After 7 days of being away from home, I thought I'd be ready to leave, but that wasn't the case!! We all wanted to stay longer and it was sad to say goodbye!

^^Our amazing counselor Kirby!^^

A large part of what made the camp so amazing were the counselors.  They were everywhere and always had such big smiles!  Ella really connected with Lauren as well as a few other counselors.

Easton made close friends with a couple of other 6 year old boys as well as some older ones too.  He completely came out of his shell and was super independent. I think he really loved the freedom.

Our last day and a group picture with Kirby...our assigned counselor who ate a lot of meals with us and was always very helpful!

We took a big group picture on the last day and you can see by the bright orange shirts how many counselors there were!!

Such an amazing family week that we will never forget!!!!

LLFC Day 5 - Hiking to Circle Bluff and the most fun RODEO!

At the Rodeo, Michael's team won the calf wrestle. Ella and Easton participated in the calf dress and undress and Asher and Daddy participated in the piggy-back race.  Despite the kids all getting dog-piled at the last event of the evening, tug-of-war, we had a blast!
